small city one roof!!!now ,with in of matter of seconds the shooter was eliminated , he was lie-down as he was shooting so that means that somebody had to seen him with in couple seconds from  the start of shooting and shoot him and killed him ,now ,how is it ,that the man(and all secret service an state police) who shot the shooter did not see him coming on the roof lie down and start shooting from a long rifle , time frame like maybe 5 minutes and nobody seen him coming on the roof with rifle ???!!!
